Halo 3 Sniping tips

How to Snipe
I like to say there are two main methods of sniping in Halo 3. The first one I call “Flinch Sniping”. In this method the player “flinches” your "circle" towards the enemy’s head and pulls the trigger when it is on the head.
The second method is called leading . In this method the player lines up the "Circle" of where they think the player is going to be and pulls the trigger when they are lined up.
In both these methods you have to be quick and not think about it to much. Just do what comes naturally and you will be poppin’ heads.
Personally I prefer “flinch” sniping as that’s what I just do by reflex but if you watch some of the pros play you will see alot of them lead their reticule.
